FTLOT is committed to keeping any and all personal information collected private. We respect all of our clients and take your personal security and privacy seriously. Any and all information obtained by us will never be disclosed to any other parties without your consent. In addition, the owner of items consigned will never be disclosed to any parties outside of the consignor and consignee, unless otherwise written and agreed upon. We understand professionalism and discretion is key in creating a long-lasting relationship with our clients.

Consignments are accepted for a period of (180) days. Consignors will receive 50% of the amount of the item sold. Consignors are required to confirm they are the sole owner of items being consigned and confirm authenticity by initiating the consignment. In addition, any items that are found to be counterfeit will incur a $25 authentication fee that will be charged to the consignor. We have the right to refuse any consignments.

Due to the nature of consignment, items are non-returnable. All items purchased from FTLOT are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We will only refund due to questionable authenticity. In this event, if available, confirmation or proof from a recognized authentication service is appreciated. The item must be postmarked for return within 48 hours. The 48 hours begins on the date the item is received via USPS documentation, or the date you pick it up in the store. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were sent. We will investigate the case and provide a refund for the item and the shipping costs if it is proven to be faux. Otherwise, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Items ship within 3-5 business days after payment is received and verified. Please note: If utilizing PayPal, we will only ship to the PayPal verified address, Please ensure that the correct  address is on file prior to completing your purchase. Orders over $300 in value will require a signature.
